Modify Your Organization

  1. Click on Settings

  2. Choose Account

  3. Choose Organization

  4. Click Organization Settings

  5. Change Name if desired

  6. Leave as No Parent Organization, unless you are setting up a sub or junior organisation.

  7. Choose your default values position when printing.

  8. Choose Time Zone

  9. Choose Default Language

  10. Choose Week Ending Day

  11. Choose Week Ending Time (any values entered after this time will be part of the next week's stats)

  12. Choose Working Days (use if you enter stats daily)

  13. Restrict data collection days, or not. 

  14. Choose Send weekly email reminding members about previous week's missing values?

  15. Choose Send weekly email reminding members about Objectives that are missing values?

  16. Choose Send weekly follow-up email to members about any missing values? 

  17. Choose to Send a custom weekly email. If you do, select the day and time you want it to be sent. The email template can be customised under 'Manage Email Templates' on the side.

  18. Upload a Default Avatar image (Used in Org Charts) See Ideal Avatar Dimensions

  19. Upload an Avatar for "Held From Above Post" (Used in Org Charts)

  20. Upload an Avatar for Temporary Posts

  21. Choose Default Graph Quota line color

  22. Choose Default Graph Target line color

  23. Choose to Customize Objectives levels (set colors)

  24. Choose to Customise member status options (e.g. Permanent, Contractor, Intern, Trial etc). These will appear next to the staff member's name on the Org Chart.

  25. Choose to Customize Report Status Options. This allows you to set report types, for example, "unverified", "handled", "successful action", etc.

  26. Click Update Organization

Create a New Organization

Envisage allows you to create multiple organizations within your account.

So, if you have several businesses, you can monitor them all from the same account.

  1. Click on Settings

  2. Choose Account

  3. Click Create Another Organization

  4. Enter Name for the new organization

  5. Choose Parent Organization if you are making a sub or junior organization

  6. Choose Time Zone

  7. Choose Default language

  8. Choose Week Ending Day

  9. Chose Week Ending Time (any values entered after this time will be part of the next weeks stats)

  10. Choose Days to collect data (for daily graphs)

  11. Choose to Restrict data collection days, or not. 

  12. Click Create Organization

  13. Repeat the above steps to make additional Organizations.
