To help with setting up your envisage account, or fixing the occasional bug, the envisage Support Team can access your envisage account.

If you wish to restrict access, you can choose that Support requires the Support Access PIN to access your account.

To change, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to your Profile

  2. Choose either Support requires PIN to Login or Support does not need PIN to login

  3. You can change the pin whenever you wish
