Avoid rumor, hearsay and gossip. Get all reports in writing for evaluation against statistics. Provide a simple channel to identify positive actions to enhance. Reports help you focus on what matters.

Creating Reports

  1. Choose Reports in the menu
  2. Choose New Report
  3. Choose Organisation
  4. Choose Report Type
  5. Add Subject
  6. Select the Responsible Areas - this is used to compare with statistics of that area
  7. Add Time of incident
  8. Add Details
  9. Upload an attachment such as photo, documents etc, if needed
  10. Click Save Report
